Here is a way to check by yourself if there is ignition failure

1.      Find out if there is any shortcut circuit, you can test the ampere number with multimeter, if the number is large, then it means there is shortcut circuit, reconnect the wires in correct way or replace a new electrical appliance

2.      If it is simply caused by high current through the wire, then you can reconnect the wire with cooper strings, make sure this time you will use thicker strings, so that it can bear larger current.
