For those who doesn’t have related experience, it is suggested to request door-to-door after-sales service or go to the nearby branch for help.
Step 1: check if remote key has light when pressing key buttons, if there is no light when pressing, then change remote key battery;
Step 2: If remote key has light when pressing, then check alarm wires, use multimeter to test if there is current in wires, if there is current then alarm is broken
Step 3: If there is no current then check the main wire of electric vehicle or battery.
